abstract | The present invention provides a polymer functional membrane having high monovalent ion selective permeability, low resistance, and little film peeling, and a module and apparatus provided with the polymer functional membrane. An ion exchange membrane and a surface layer on at least one surface of the ion exchange membrane, the surface layer has a crosslinked structure, and the surface layer has a charge on a crosslinked chain of the crosslinked structure.
