abstract |
(A) a first layer formed from polyolefin, formed on an integral backing and including an undercut feature extending therefrom; and (b) an adhesive having a Shore D hardness of greater than 59 when cured. There is provided an article having a multilayer structure having a second layer comprising: (c) a third layer comprising a substrate. The second layer is interlocked with the undercut feature, the third layer is attached to the adhesive, and the second layer is disposed between the first layer and the third layer. (A) depositing a polyolefin resin in the mold cavity to form a first layer including an undercut feature; and (b) first from the mold cavity at a rate of at least 150 millimeters / minute.
