titleOfInvention Anti-CD30 chimeric antigen receptor and use thereof
abstract In a first aspect, the present invention relates to a genetically modified T cell having a chimeric antigen receptor for use in adoptive cell therapy for the treatment of CD30 + cancer in a subject in need thereof. In particular, the present invention, CD30 + is the toxic is but CD30 + non-cancer cells to cancer cells for T cells containing specific chimeric antigen receptor is non-toxic. In a further aspect, the present invention relates to specific chimeric antigen receptors and nucleic acid molecules encoding said receptors and vectors and cells comprising them. Finally, the present invention relates to the use of said chimeric antigen receptor for use in improving the survival and amplification of lymphocytes containing chimeric antigen receptors, and the survival and amplification of genetically modified lymphocytes expressing specific peptides. It relates to the use of said peptides for improvement. [Selection figure] None
