abstract | The present invention relates to rigid polyurethanes and polyisocyanurate foams by the use of fatty acid-modified polyether polyols and polyether polyols prepared by reaction of at least one compound having alkylene oxide and having 2 or 3 OH functionality. In relation to the production method, the weight mass of ethylene oxide includes 90% by mass or more of the total mass of alkylene oxide. The invention also relates to the rigid foams obtained thereby and to the use of these in the manufacture of sandwich elements having a rigid or flexible outer layer. The present invention further relates to an underlying polyol component. |
