The present invention relates to respiratory diseases, particularly idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) -related gene-specific siRNA and a highly efficient double-helix oligo RNA structure comprising the same. To enable the body to efficiently transmit into the cell, hydrophilic and hydrophobic substances are attached to both ends of double helix RNA (siRNA) by simple covalent or linker-mediated covalent bonds. Can be converted into a nanoparticle form by the hydrophobic interaction of the double helix oligo RNA structure in an aqueous solution. The siRNA contained in the double helix oligo RNA structure is preferably a respiratory disease, particularly idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and a COPD-related gene CTGF, Cyr61 or Plekho1-specific siRNA. The present invention also provides a method for producing the double helix oligo RNA structure and a pharmacological agent for preventing or treating respiratory diseases, particularly idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and COPD, comprising the double helix oligo RNA structure.
