The coating includes at least one coating layer containing first particles, second particles, and third particles distributed throughout the cross-linked continuous polymer matrix. The outer surface of the coating layer includes at least the surface of the first particle extending outwardly from the upper surface of the polymer matrix. The outer surface exhibits icing retarding properties compared to the coating layer without the first particles. The method includes applying the coating composition in one application step. The one-step coating composition contains first particles, second particles, and third particles in a base containing a polymer. The coating composition includes first particles, second particles, and third particles distributed within the matrix precursor. [Selection] Figure 1 |
