The present invention relates to 6-amino-7-deazapurine derivatives that modulate the activity of protein kinases and are therefore useful in the treatment of diseases resulting from dysregulation of protein kinase activity, particularly RET family kinases. The present invention further provides a method for producing these compounds, a pharmaceutical composition containing these compounds, and a method for treating a disease using the pharmaceutical composition containing these compounds. |
