abstract | A feedback loop is used by the central knowledge manager to obtain information from various users and distribute the learned information to other users. Each user uses a personal assistant that learns from the user over time. The user can teach new knowledge to the user's personal assistant through a natural user interface (NUI) and / or other interfaces. For example, a combination of natural language dialogue and other non-language modalities representing gestures (gestures, touch, line of sight, images / videos, utterance prosody, etc.) can be used to interact with a personal assistant. As knowledge is learned, each personal assistant sends the newly learned knowledge back to the knowledge manager.
