The present invention regulates protein kinase activity, particularly phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI3 kinase) and mTOR, and regulates intracellular and intercellular signaling activities such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, migration and invasion. As well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts and formulations thereof. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising such compounds and methods of using said compositions in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases in mammals, particularly humans. |
