abstract | The present invention provides a water-degradable sheet that suppresses the evaporation of moisture in a chemical solution. A water-degradable sheet obtained by impregnating a chemical solution into a base paper sheet to which a water-soluble binder has been added, A plurality of base papers are ply-processed and have a basis weight of 30 to 150 gsm, and the compounding ratio of coniferous pulp to hardwood pulp is less than 1/1. A crosslinking agent to be caused and a trihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol are included, and 1 to 20% by weight of the trihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol is impregnated with respect to the weight of the base paper sheet.
