abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initial adhesive force between a rubber and a fiber when a rubber-fiber composite is constituted by using rubbers such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and ethylene propylene rubber, particularly ethylene propylene rubber and vulcanized rubber thereof. And a PFL adhesive suitable for improving adhesion after heat deterioration, and a latex composition suitable for the PFL adhesive. SOLUTION: A latex composition comprising at least vinyl chloride polymer particles having an average particle size of 0.8 μm or less and chlorosulfonated polyolefin particles having an average particle size of 1 μm or less, wherein the vinyl chloride polymer particles and chlorosulfone are used. An RFL adhesive comprising a latex composition having a vinyl chloride polymer particle content of 5 to 20% by weight with respect to the total amount of the activated polyolefin particles, and a resorcin-formaldehyde condensate dispersion.
