abstract The present invention provides a kneaded composition capable of dispersing cellulose nanofibers in a resin easily and easily even at a high content, a method for producing the same, and a composite material. A kneaded composition kneads (or melt kneads) a composition containing at least a thermoplastic resin solution and a cellulose raw material while removing a solvent, and refines (or nano-sizes) the cellulose raw material. It can be obtained by dispersing finely divided cellulose nanofibers in a resin with a high content. [Selection figure] None
