abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a mixture of antibodies from a single host cell clone. A method is provided for producing a mixture of antibodies from a single host cell clone. In addition, the nucleic acid sequence encoding the light chain and the nucleic acid sequence encoding the different heavy chain are expressed in a recombinant host cell. The antibody in the mixture according to the invention suitably comprises the same light chain paired with different heavy chains capable of pairing with the light chain, thereby forming a functional antigen binding domain. A mixture of antibodies is also provided by the present invention. Such a mixture can be used in various fields. [Selection figure] None
