titleOfInvention Hybrid car
abstract An object of the present invention is to suppress a shortage of lubricating oil to a pinion gear in a motor double drive mode. When the travel mode is the motor dual drive mode, the counter C is incremented by 1 (S320), and when the travel mode is not the dual motor drive mode, the counter C is reset to the value 0 (S330). When the counter C reaches the threshold value Cref1 or more, a value 1 is set to the lubrication countermeasure flag F (S350). When the value 1 is set in the lubrication countermeasure flag F, the planetary gear carrier is rotated to revolve the pinion gear. In the both-motor drive mode, the vehicle travels with the planetary gear carrier stopped. For this reason, the planetary gear has insufficient lubricating oil for the pinion gear that has stopped revolving at an upper position. By rotating the carrier and revolving the pinion gear, the position of the pinion gear is lowered and the lack of lubricating oil is suppressed. [Selection] Figure 3
