abstract |
The present disclosure relates to a method for determining parameters, such as toxicity and pharmacokinetic properties, from a pharmaceutical compound to a disease or disorder. The test animals used are non-human animals that do not suffer from the disorder or exhibit symptoms or signs of the disorder and do not elicit an immune response against the aforementioned pharmaceutical compounds. These animals are obtained by administering a peptide comprising an oxidoreductase motif and the aforementioned NKT peptide epitope or MCH class II T cell epitope of a pharmaceutical compound. The aforementioned motif and the aforementioned epitope are separated by a linker consisting of 0 to 4 amino acids. [Selection figure] None |
