abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for producing high-quality dissolving pulp by a kraft cooking method using softwood as a raw material. According to the present invention, (a) water is added to a wood chip including a coniferous chip and treated at a temperature of 150 to 180 ° C. for 30 to 400 minutes to decompose or elute hemicellulose contained in the wood chip.
