abstract | A program is read at high speed while reducing power. A CPU for controlling an image processing apparatus and first program data used in the case of a first load state are respectively stored, and a second load state having a higher load than the first load state is stored. A plurality of ROMs respectively storing different portions of the second program data used in the case, and the CPU starts from one of the plurality of ROMs in the first load state.
