abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having a high fluidity, excellent impact resistance and smoothness of a coating film, and capable of obtaining a molded product in which delamination and cracking are suppressed. A rubber-reinforced styrene resin (A), a polycarbonate resin (B), a copolymer segment (I) comprising an α-olefin monomer and an alkyl acrylate monomer, and a vinyl monomer. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising a graft copolymer (C) having a vinyl polymer segment (II) comprising a body and an ethylene / (meth) acrylate / carbon monoxide copolymer (D). Thus, for a total of 100 parts by mass of the rubber-reinforced styrene resin (A) and the polycarbonate resin (B), 1 to 10 parts by mass of the graft copolymer (C) and the ethylene / (meth) acrylic acid ester / Thermoplastic resin composition containing 0.05 to 1 part by mass of carbon monoxide copolymer (D).
