abstract | An active energy ray-curable coating agent composition capable of forming a cured product having high gloss by curing. In addition, a decorative board having high gloss is provided. An active energy ray-curable coating composition containing a polyfunctional urethane (meth) acrylate (A), a (meth) acrylate (B) having an alicyclic skeleton, and a photoinitiator (C). The polyfunctional urethane (meth) acrylate (A) is a polyfunctional urethane (meth) acrylate having 3 or less urethane bonds in the molecule, and the (meth) acrylate (B) having an alicyclic skeleton. By using the active energy ray-curable coating agent composition whose content is 5 to 90 parts by weight with respect to the total weight (100 parts by weight) of the polyfunctional urethane (meth) acrylate (A) A decorative board having high gloss can be provided.
