abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an aqueous fluoropolymer dispersion capable of forming a coating film excellent in weather resistance, blocking resistance and hot water resistance. The method comprises polymerizing a monomer mixture containing monomer (m1) and monomer (m2) in the presence of an aqueous medium, a radical polymerization initiator and an anionic emulsifier, wherein the polymerization comprises polyoxyethylene alkyl ether. The process for producing a fluorine-containing polymer aqueous dispersion is carried out in the absence or in the presence of 3.0 parts by mass or less of the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether with respect to 100 parts by mass of the monomer mixture.
