A layered structure having the following formula (1) Li [Li a Mn b Me c ] O 2-d (1) (Wherein Me is at least one element selected from transition metals other than Mn, and a, b, c and d are 0 <a <1/3, 0 <b <2/3, 0 <C <1, 0 ≦ d ≦ 0.2 is satisfied) A positive active material comprising secondary particles in which primary particles are agglomerated and having an average primary particle diameter of 10 to 80 nm and a BET specific surface area of 3 to 100 m 2 / g.
