titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of fiber bundle |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a fiber bundle that efficiently removes a solvent and the like from a fiber bundle after coagulation by a solution spinning method. A method of manufacturing a fiber bundle that is continuously washed, wherein the washing is performed in a treatment bath, and a partition material is installed in the treatment bath, and one end of the partition material is a fiber. A method for producing a fiber bundle in contact with the bundle and having the other end positioned on the bottom or water surface of the treatment bath. Furthermore, there are a plurality of partition members in the treatment bath, and the other end of the partition member includes an A-type partition member located on the bottom surface of the treatment bath and a B-type partition member located on the water surface of the treatment bath. In addition, the number of A-type partition members is preferably larger than the number of B-type partition members. Moreover, it is preferable that the shape of the one end which contacts the fiber bundle of a partition material is a curved surface which has a curvature with a radius of 1 mm or more, or a novel cleaning liquid is supplied from the upstream side of the treatment bath.
