Method for obtaining an IgG composition through heat treatment |
abstract |
A method for obtaining an IgG composition through heat treatment is provided. The present invention is a novel method for obtaining an IgG composition from a partially purified IgG solution from human plasma, by applying an intermediate heat treatment to provide high molecular weight aggregates / polymers and / or Or relates to a method in which substantially complete elimination of the IgG polymer produced during the method is achieved without the use of reagents to precipitate the protein. Furthermore, the method results in higher productivity, lower production costs and is easier to implement compared to methods known in the art. In addition, by using the present method, stability is imparted to the final product in the liquid. [Selection figure] None |
