abstract |
A method for producing an actinium-225 (Ac-225) radioactive complex is provided. SOLUTION: (a) A chelating agent is complexed to a biomolecule in a complexing reaction mixture to produce a complexed biomolecule, and (b) the reaction mixture is purified to be not complexed The chelator is removed, and then (c) one or more Ac-225 radionuclides are chelated with the complexed biomolecule in the chelation reaction mixture.
