titleOfInvention | Vinylidene chloride resin wrap film |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To develop good adhesion and withdrawal properties under normal usage environment due to heat history, excellent withdrawal properties even during long-term storage or high-temperature exposure, and also to bring about a non-sticky and soft feel. Provided is a vinylidene chloride-based resin wrap film that achieves a suitable feeling of use. SOLUTION: A vinylidene chloride monomer and a vinyl chloride monomer are copolymerized so that a polymerization rate becomes 90% at a polymerization start temperature at a polymerization start temperature, and the content of vinylidene chloride units is 88% by weight, weight average. A vinylidene chloride resin having a molecular weight of 90,000 was obtained. A mixture of ATBC and ESO in order was mixed and aged for 24 hours or more to obtain a vinylidene chloride resin composition. This is extruded by the melt extruder 1, and stretched 4.1 times in the length (MD) direction by inflation stretching, and stretched 5.6 times in the width (TD) direction to form a tubular wrap film 12 obtain.
