titleOfInvention | Fluorescent light source device |
abstract | The present invention provides a fluorescent light source device that can effectively emit fluorescence generated inside a wavelength conversion member and emit it to the outside with high efficiency. An excitation light source, a wavelength conversion member that converts excitation light from the excitation light source into light having a wavelength longer than the wavelength of the excitation light, and a substrate that supports the wavelength conversion member. The wavelength conversion member 21 includes a fluorescent member 22 and a photonic structure portion 23 disposed on the fluorescent member 22 and having a plurality of convex portions formed on the surface thereof. And a light reflection film 33 is provided between the fluorescent member 22 and the substrate 31, and the photonic structure portion 23 is made of an inorganic compound layer made of a metal oxide, and the photonic structure portion 23 These surfaces constitute an excitation light receiving surface and a fluorescence emission surface.
