abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a gel-like external composition that contains a heparin-like substance, has reduced stickiness after coating, and has an excellent usability. In a gel external composition containing a heparin-like substance and a gelling agent, isopropanol is contained, and the ratio of isopropanol to 77 to 180 parts by weight per 1 part by weight of the heparin-like substance is satisfied.
