An electrophotographic photosensitive member in which positive ghost is suppressed, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having the electrophotographic photosensitive member are provided. An electrophotographic photosensitive member having a support, an undercoat layer, and a photosensitive layer in this order, wherein the undercoat layer does not contain a metal oxide or is contained under the metal oxide. It contains a polymer of a composition containing at least one anthraquinone derivative selected from the group consisting of compounds of two kinds of anthraquinone derivatives having a specific concept and having a content in the pulling layer of 10% by mass or less.
