[PROBLEMS] To solve the problem of deterioration of foam characteristics caused in the production of polyurethane foam using a halogenated olefin-based blowing agent. When a polyol composition and a polyisocyanate are reacted to produce a polyurethane foam, the polyol composition or polyisocyanate contains a predetermined amount of liquid CO2 composed of supercritical, subcritical or liquid carbon dioxide. In addition, a predetermined amount of water is added to the polyol composition, while a halogenated olefin-based blowing agent is added from 1 mol to 1 mol of the total amount of carbon dioxide generated by the presence of such liquid CO2 and water. In the polyol composition in a proportion of more than 20 moles. [Selection figure] None |
