Hydrogen production system |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a hydrogen production system including a hollow fiber carbon membrane capable of efficiently separating hydrogen molecules from a dehydrogenation reaction product of an organic hydride. A dehydrogenation reactor having a dehydrogenation catalyst for decomposing an organic hydride into hydrogen molecules and a dehydrogenated product, a preparation step for preparing a precursor obtained by forming an organic polymer compound into a hollow fiber shape, and oxygen gas are included. Hollow manufactured by a method including a preheating step of heating the precursor to 150 ° C. to 400 ° C. in an atmosphere, and a carbonization step of heating the precursor through the preheating step to 450 ° C. to 850 ° C. to carbonize the precursor. In a hydrogen production system comprising a membrane separator having a string carbon membrane, the carbonization step includes heating in the presence of a hydrocarbon gas having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, thereby allowing hydrogen gas to be removed from the organic hydride for a long period of time. And can be manufactured stably. [Selection] Figure 1 |
