abstract | The present invention provides a non-fermented beer-like sparkling beverage that retains “beer-likeness” despite its very low purine concentration, and a method for producing the same. The non-fermented beer-like sparkling beverage of the present invention has a purine body concentration of 0.2 mg / 100 mL or less, and is selected from the group consisting of magnesium sulfate, tributyl citrate, triethyl citrate, naringin, and quassin.
