abstract The present invention provides a non-fermented beer-like sparkling beverage that retains “beer-likeness” despite its very low purine concentration, and a method for producing the same. The non-fermented beer-like sparkling beverage of the present invention has a purine body concentration of 0.2 mg / 100 mL or less, and is selected from the group consisting of magnesium sulfate, tributyl citrate, triethyl citrate, naringin, and quassin. A non-fermented beer-like sparkling beverage containing at least one bittering agent, and the method for producing the non-fermenting beer-like sparkling beverage of the present invention comprises (a) magnesium sulfate, tributyl citrate, triethyl citrate, Mixing one or more bitters, sours and dyes selected from the group consisting of naringin and quassin to prepare a preparation; and (b) adding carbon dioxide to the preparation. This is a method for producing a non-fermented beer-like sparkling beverage having a purine concentration of 0.2 mg / 100 mL or less, including no purine removal step. [Selection figure] None
