titleOfInvention Image processing apparatus, image processing system, and image processing method
abstract An image processing apparatus, an image processing system, and an image processing method capable of generating pseudo-scattering points of charged particles so as to contribute to improvement in estimation accuracy are provided. An image processing apparatus includes an estimation unit, a first generation unit, and a second generation unit. The estimation unit estimates an actual scattering point, which is a scattering point of the actual charged particle, using an actual vector pair that is a set of an actual incident vector indicating the incident direction of the actual charged particle and an actual emission vector indicating the emission direction. A 1st production | generation part produces | generates the pseudo | simulation scattering point which is a scattering point of a pseudo charged particle in the area | region of a real scattering point vicinity. The second generation unit generates a pseudo vector pair which is a set of a pseudo incident vector indicating the incident direction of the pseudo charged particle passing through the pseudo scattering point and a pseudo exit vector indicating the exit direction.
