abstract | 【Task】 Provided are an automatic analyzer and an automatic analysis system capable of suppressing the generation of bubbles from a reagent discharged into a reaction container adjusted to a predetermined temperature without increasing the size of the apparatus. [Solution] The automatic analyzer 1 includes a degassing mechanism (26a, 24, 25) for removing air dissolved in the reagent 8 in at least one reagent bottle 9 among the plurality of reagent bottles 9 accommodated in the reagent cool box 4. A reagent dispensing mechanism 13 that dispenses a predetermined amount of the reagent in the reagent bottle 9 into the reaction container 11, a sample dispensing mechanism 12 that dispenses a sample contained in the sample disk 2 into the reaction container 11, and the reaction container 11. Measuring units 15 and 16 for measuring a reaction solution of the sample 6 and the reagent 8.
