A novel joined body having good conductivity is provided. A bonded body includes a first member having a thermal expansion coefficient of 8 ppm / K or less, a second member having a thermal expansion coefficient of 12 ppm / K or more, and a conductive material including 50% by mass or more of a spinel ferrite phase. And a joining portion 30 that joins the first member and the second member. The conductive oxide preferably contains Fe and element A (provided that element A is one or more selected from the group consisting of Mg, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn). The ratio A / Fe is more preferably 0.5 or less. [Selection] Figure 1 |
