titleOfInvention Generation method of interband phase difference solitons
abstract The present invention provides a method for generating an interband phase difference soliton that does not use an external magnetic field or a non-equilibrium current with poor controllability and exists stably even when the current is interrupted. A line 13 made of a multi-band superconducting film is provided with a thick portion 131 provided at both ends of the line 13 and a line width narrower than that of the thick portion 131 and connected to electrodes 11 and 12. The narrow portion 132 that connects the width portions 131 and the narrow portion 133 that has a narrower line width than the narrow portion 132 and is provided in a part of the narrow portion 132, are narrowed by the current flowing through the narrow portion 132. A first process for breaking the superconductivity of the detail 133 to a normal state, a second process for causing a band-to-band phase difference in the narrow portion 132 in which the current that broke the superconductivity of the narrow detail 133 flows, A third process of reducing the current flowing in the width portion 132 to restore the superconductivity of the narrow detail 133, and after restoring the superconductivity of the narrow detail 133, the current is cut off and the line 13 is subjected to an interband phase difference.
