A communication terminal, an interview system, a display method, and a program capable of performing a remote interview in a room close to an interview where an occupational physician and an employee meet directly are provided. An image data including an eye image is received from a communication terminal on an employee side, a position of a viewpoint is specified from the image data, and a remote interview of the same employee is performed based on a change in the specified position.
