titleOfInvention | Production and production method of a collection of fine particles dispersed in an organic compound |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce fine particles containing no impurities without special treatment using special chemicals, and to treat the substance under special conditions with special equipment, and to limit the amount of production of fine particles. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for producing fine particles having a nano-level size that can be produced in a state where the fine particles are not produced alone but dispersed in other substances. A metal compound that precipitates a metal or metal oxide by pyrolysis is dispersed in alcohol, dissolved or mixed in the alcohol, a melting point lower than that of alcohol, and a boiling point higher than the thermal decomposition temperature of the metal compound. An organic compound having properties is mixed with the alcohol dispersion, and the mixed solution is heat-treated to thermally decompose the metal compound, whereby fine particles 2 of metal or metal oxide are precipitated in the organic compound 1. A method for producing nano-particulates, in which when an organic compound is heated to a boiling point or higher when fine particles are required, a collection of fine particles of metal or metal oxide containing no impurities does not change with time.
