titleOfInvention Plasma spraying apparatus and plasma spraying method
abstract In plasma spraying, a plasma spraying apparatus and method capable of stably feeding a ceramic fine particle having a particle size of 0.1 to 10 μm to a plasma jet without agglomeration are provided. An apparatus includes a thermal spray nozzle that injects a plasma jet in a thermal spray direction, and a thermal spray material supply unit that supplies a thermal spray material to the plasma jet, and plasma sprays the thermal spray material onto the thermal spray material by the plasma jet. The thermal spray material is a composite wire in which a composite material of resin and ceramic fine particles that are pyrolyzed and gasified is formed into a wire shape. Plasma spraying is performed at atmospheric pressure and does not require a vacuum chamber. In the composite wire, ceramic fine particles mixed into the resin are those having an average particle diameter of 5 μm or less, and a dense ceramic film is produced. [Selection] Figure 1
