Provided are modified Factor VII polypeptides and uses thereof. A modified FVII polypeptide, or an active fragment thereof, comprising an exchange in a Factor VII (FVII) polypeptide, wherein the modified FVII polypeptide is exchanged with an unmodified FVII polypeptide by exchanging specific amino acids. The modified FVII on the inhibitory effect of tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) compared to an unmodified FVII polypeptide that exhibits increased clotting activity compared to the unmodified FVII polypeptide that does not include the amino acid exchange. A modified FVII polypeptide or active fragment thereof is obtained resulting from increased resistance and / or increased catalytic activity of the polypeptide. [Selection figure] None |
