Method for patterning a conductor on a substrate |
abstract |
A method is provided that enables effective and efficient patterning of metal micropatterns onto commercially viable substrates in a variety of applications. A method of patterning a conductor on a substrate, the method comprising providing an inked elastomeric stamp having a relief pattern inked with self-assembled monolayer-forming molecules and having a raised surface structure; Bringing the surface shape of the inked stamp into contact with a metal-coated visible light transparent substrate and etching the metal into the raised surface shape of the inked stamp on the visible light transparent substrate. Forming a corresponding conductive micropattern. [Selection] Figure 17 |
