titleOfInvention Particle detector
abstract A particle detection apparatus capable of suppressing the influence of stray light is provided. A transparent flow cell 4 having an inspection light source 30 that emits inspection light and a through-hole 14 having a circular cross-sectional shape through which a fluid containing particles flows, and extending in a direction in which the through-hole 14 extends. A flow cell 4 that is vertically irradiated with inspection light, and a photodetector 60 that detects reaction light generated in the particles irradiated with the inspection light in the flow cell 4, wherein the intersection of the inspection light and the through-hole 14 of the flow cell 4 Light that detects reaction light emitted from the flow cell 4 at an angle θ with respect to the fan-shaped surface 200 parallel to the optical path of the inspection light and perpendicular to the extending direction of the through-hole 14 of the flow cell 4. A particle detector comprising: a detector 60; [Selection] Figure 1
