abstract The present invention provides compositions and methods for treating liver disorders such as hepatocellular carcinoma. The present invention generally relates to methods and compositions for the treatment of liver disorders and liver tumors, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, with peptides of receptor-associated protein (RAP) molecules conjugated to fucosidase inhibitors. In one embodiment, a peptide complex comprising a receptor associated protein (RAP) peptide coupled to a fucosidase inhibitor is provided, wherein the RAP peptide has an amino acid sequence of 210-319 from the N-terminal amino acid of the human RAP peptide and at least 80 % Polypeptide sequence with homology.
