abstract [Problem] To provide a stable supply of mixed cement and mixed cement composition with respect to mixed cement in which the amount of cement used is reduced and blast furnace slag fine powder is added. The cement includes 30.5 to 34 parts by weight of cement, 66 to 68 parts by weight of ground granulated blast furnace slag containing gypsum, and 0 to 1.5 parts by weight of fly ash. And mixed cereal powder so that the total amount of the blast furnace slag fine powder and the fly ash is 100 parts by weight.
