abstract 【Task】 It is an object of the present invention to provide a composition capable of maintaining the antioxidant action of an olive extract. [Solution] A composition containing a phenylpropanoid glycoside, a catechol compound, and an olive extract in a specific ratio, or a mixture of an olive juice extract and an olive pulp extract as an olive extract is unexpected. It was also found that the antioxidant action of olive extract can be maintained. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an olive extract blend composition having a high commercial value. The form of the composition of the present invention is a beverage, powder, powdered beverage, tablet, jelly, hard capsule or soft capsule, cosmetic. [Selection figure] None
