abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical water quality inspection system capable of measuring the number of biological fines contained in a short time on the spot where a large amount of water is flowing in a pipe. A transparent pipe 1 to which target water W is sent is irradiated with coherent light, and interference fringes between object light and reference light from the pipe 1 are photographed by an image sensor 32. The data processing unit 36 reproduces an image with respect to hologram data acquired at each photographing cycle determined according to the flow velocity and the width of the photographing region, and compares the specimen data with the sample data when the image is reproduced.
