titleOfInvention Method for producing structure containing fibrous substance containing nucleic acid
abstract 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a structure containing a nucleic acid-encapsulating fibrous material carrying a nucleic acid having a function that can withstand use in an aqueous environment such as a body fluid. [Solution] In the present invention, water is used as a solvent to prepare a three-dimensional polymer in the presence of nucleic acid, and at this time, the degree of crosslinking of the three-dimensional polymer is adjusted, and the resulting solution is electrospun or subjected to subsequent heat treatment. This is a method for producing a structure containing a nucleic acid-containing fibrous substance, which can be obtained by a method comprising the steps of producing a fibrous substance insoluble in water and producing a structure using the fibrous substance.
