titleOfInvention | Oleuropein-containing composition |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide an oral composition excellent in aging stability of oleuropein and further eliminating a strong bitterness derived from oleuropein. By incorporating oleuropein or an oleuropein-containing plant extract into liposomes, the bitterness derived from oleuropein is eliminated, and the effect of inhibiting oleuropein degradation at high temperatures in an aqueous solution, particularly of oleuropein after being exposed to high temperatures. An oral composition excellent in inhibiting decomposition, and a method for inhibiting degradation of oleuropein and a method for inhibiting bitterness derived from oleuropein.
