[PROBLEMS] To form an adhesive layer and a binder layer that exhibit excellent adhesion to substrates made of various materials and that have excellent solvent resistance, and adopt a method such as a dry lamination method. Thus, a resin composition useful as an adhesive or a binder capable of easily producing an exterior body for a lithium ion battery or the like is provided. A resin composition containing at least one of the following resins (1) to (3) containing a structural unit derived from a polyamine such as dimeramine.
