titleOfInvention Battery voltage measurement circuit
abstract Provided is a battery voltage measuring circuit capable of performing voltage measurement using a flying capacitor more accurately and quickly even when an electric circuit to the flying capacitor is opened and closed by a semiconductor switch. A battery voltage measuring circuit includes a flying capacitor C1 connected in parallel to each terminal of a plurality of secondary batteries via input-side semiconductor switches SW1 to SW15, and an output-side semiconductor switch connected to each terminal of the capacitor C1. Based on the first and second differential amplifier circuits 20 and 30 to which the respective inverting input terminals are connected via SW20 and SW30, and the inter-terminal voltage between the output terminals of these differential amplifier circuits 20 and 30, respectively. And a calculation unit 10 for calculating the voltage of the secondary battery. Each differential amplifier circuit 20, 30 has an output terminal and an inverting input terminal connected via sub capacitors C20, C30, and each non-inverting input terminal connected to a reference potential Vcc. The negative electrode of the secondary battery is a leakage detection circuit. 12 is connected to the reference potential Vcc. [Selection] Figure 1
