An aqueous composite resin composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in initial stain resistance, weather resistance and substrate followability is provided. A composite resin (A) in which a polyurethane (a1) having a hydrophilic group and a vinyl polymer (a2) are bonded via a polysiloxane (a3), an organic fluorine compound (B), and an aqueous medium are contained. An aqueous composite resin composition, wherein the mass proportion of the structure derived from the polysiloxane (a3) in the composite resin (A) is in the range of 15 to 55% by mass. Is used.
